Rebecca Sommers

Biography:
Becca Sommers is young, smart, and a whiz at computer hacking. Becca spent her early years traveling with her activist parents. She quickly learned to take care of herself and spent a lot of time alone while her parents attended protest meetings.She became fascinated with her father's laptop when she was four and quickly developed a talent for navigating through complicated computer programs. In the 4th grade Becca broke into her school's mainframe computer.When Becca was nine her mother dies from cancer and it is during this time that Becca begins cutting school and discovers the world of underground computer hackers. With Jaime gone, Becca develops a close relationship with her father until 2005 when she hacks into the website of a government agency that her activist father is investigating. Soon after this incident Becca’s father takes her to live with Jaime who is now working as a bartender. Used to having her freedom Becca is now kept on a short leash by Jaime. Not pleased with having to live with a sister she barely knows, Becca must adjust to a new life and a new home.
